Prevalance of Burnout Syndrome Among Anaesthesia Residents in Tertiary Care Hospitals of Karachi

Objective: The purpose of this study is to assess the incidence burnout syndrome among Karachi's anesthesiology residents in teaching hospitals. Methods: This cross-sectional research was undertaken at tertiary care hospitals Karachi. Ethical committee permission, authorization from institutions, and agreement were all required before data collection 144 could begin. Participants recruited both public private healthcare facilities. demographic a questionnaire used determine prevalence syndrome, which defined by feelings emotional tiredness, depersonalization, decreased personal accomplishment. SPSS generate descriptive statistics. Results: mean working hours participants government 64.21±12.40 90.24±25.01 hours.
